GMX Stuns – Rhyl band formed by Paul Hammond (vocals), Dave ‘The Rave’ Jones (guitar), Carl Mortimer (gtr), Steve Buckley (bass) & Steve Hughes (drms) (see Pineapple), Stuart Mortimer (voc) (ex-Partisan Grey). After the long demise of PSST in 1993-94. Rel 2 demos; Smashing Apathy & Exocet. Plus CD Louder Than Bombs & a video of Anarchy in the UK. In 1999 Mr Big Time recs rel 16 track CD – Live, 4 Tracks Giros & Trotters, featuring mainly live material from 94/95. Appearances on TV and radio, along with record company interest failed to give the band the big break they sought and they eventually split.
