I was there n boy what a night. I was a fifteen yr old kid n shit myself fighting everywhere. In the end bouncers piled in n started swinging what looked like iron bats around to disperse the trouble. It certainly worked. Great classic songs played n never forget it. Dixon colwyn bay

Great report and photos, thanks. I was 13 as well and The Vapors were the first band I seen but I was only interested in the Jam! Unfortunately the attendant took my ticket and never gave it back. I was really pissed off at this but I was only interested in getting in to the area to see the band. I managed to get to DLC for the gig the following year 0n 2nd November. I couldn’t get a ticket but my dad phoned John Weller and the great man had two guest tickets left at the desk for us. Great times.

I was there .. I missed my coach home to wait to see them after the concert they were lovely … I didn’t ask for an autograph… I just asked Paul to shake my hand and they waved from their coach as they drove away …. fantastic

Everything everyone else has said plus we hung dropped from the balcony to get into the crowd. Things you do at 14. John Weller helped us out of some bother that night. Eternally grateful to him.
