So I came to this one on the strength of recent reviews of The Stilletoes and it turned out to be quite an eclectic evening with themselves not necessarily the pick of the bunch, even though the celebration of their album release on Ankst brought this all together.

Following on from the success of their debut album, Kentucky AFC have released their eagerly awaited EP called Iasobe? The EP released on Boobytrap Records includes 5 tracks and was recorded at Music Box studios in Cardiff.

Formerly the hugely successful Stwnchfest last year, the event is again showcasing the best of North Wales talent with an eclectic range of bands playing in the relaxed atmosphere of Hendre Hall, all for the nominal fee of five pounds. The event has doubled in size and there will be two stages for 16 new and established acts as well as an art installation in the third room.
…Bands confirmed… David Wrench, Zabrinski, Kentucky AFC, Ectogram, Dethkit, The Dreaming, The New Dodo’s, Bovine Wife, Green Marine Sun, Salem, Inferno, Iris, Nixon and Jarvis and Anaemic.
A compilation CD promo was released after this.
