Dave Cox and Joe Hovis had a drunken conversation about filming a video for my band Braxton Hicks‘ song ‘Gone Fishin’ a song about and dedicated to the memory our pal Johnny Williams and we wanted to get as many of his mates in the vid and just have a bit of a party really!

the video is going to be in 3 parts then it’ll be edited etc.

Braxton Hicks announce upcoming gigs

Colwyn Bay / Bangor punk band announce a batch of gigs for the start of 2013…
One gig will also be filmed for footage for their forthcoming second single Gone Fishing.
Having recently released their debut EP ‘Never Kill Yourself’, which is set to be reissued on the soon to be launched link2wales records – they’ll be spreading their gospel at the following venues…

The floodgates opened and the dogs of war unleashed the wrath of god upon us. Basically, it fucking pissed it down all day. So much that I got a call at 3pm to say the A55, A5 and North Wales coast train line were closed due to flooding, and our drummer, Gwion was the wrong side of the water with no paddle. Fuck!
