Bloody hell Ash, Gulf Of Understanding should be played to all those moaners who complain about some idiot on I’m A Celeb or when Tesco run out of a special offer… It was a bit like a Flaming Lips moment when we all realised that everyone we know will someday die; although you did leave the knockout punch til the end… Credit to you…

I’ve concluded that your songs, your output is basically a diary… You can put them all together in chronological order and leave your legacy complete and intact when you eventually do as the Flaming Lips so candidly suggest.

This Apes EP, that you say is out on 25th November and available on Bandcamp and as a limited CD release with a handmade sleeve from here, is pretty nifty, if you don’t mind me saying so. Typically Pulco, which is typically quality.
I like the stripped down approach, and the way you make that expensive guitar sound like it was bought from Argos, and at a push I’d say Double Denim is my favourite of the six tracks…
